Customer for about 25 years Service department is excellent. Pricing was very good for an oil change. Car repair Had brought my car to my local mechanic due to the fan not working at full power for a/c, heat and defroster. I was told that this was due to an issue Had brought my car to my local mechanic due to the fan not working at full power for a/c, heat and defroster. I was told that this was due to an issue with the heater core, and that repairs would cost at least $1000. I had bought a car from Tasca previously, and recalled their their services, as well as when my fiancee had purchased a used car from Pre-Owned Factory, and Tasca was able to get her car back on the road, I decided to ask Tasca for 2nd opinion. They said it could be one of two possible things causing this, but that it wasn't the heater core, and wouldn't cost around $1000. After scheduling an appointment to drop off the car, I was greeted at the door, and made arrangements for a rental car so that I could get to work in Lincoln. On day two I was told that there had been a delay due to another car being worked on, but that mine would be looked at either later that day or the following day. I later got another call to tell me that my car had been looked at, had been diagnosed, and that the cost would be about half as what I had been quoted by my mechanic. The following morning I got a call at work stating that the work was done, and that I could pick up the car that afternoon. The fan is running at full power once again. I had bought a Mercury Sable back in '10. I now own a Ford Edge, and had been given a Ford Escape as the rental. When the time comes to replace the Edge, I just might consider a return to Tasca to purchase an Escape ! More

It took a little time to get everything together so that I could drive the new car home, so one of the Tasca family members personally got me a cup of coffee, then Bayo Dina, my sales associate, went to his manager and he came back with cards for a complimentary free lunch while I was waiting. The financial guy was amazing and so fast. He got me the exact deal that I requested and considering how complicated it was, he was a magician! Eventually I drove out of there with my new Mazda CX5 and that was the best part! The new 2018 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring is an incredible car. I traded a 2015 CX5 Grand Touring and as good as that car was for me, this new CX5 is so much better. Thank you to the entire Tasca team for a great new car experience! More

Minor issue I had a small issue that started earlier in the day - my windshield wipers came on and wouldn't turn off. I had a meeting to attend, and since I didn't know when it would be over, I couldn't call for an appointment. I stopped by the dealership to ask if they could look at my car and if it was a quick fix. I had to wait a few hours, but I didn't mind because they not only looked at it, but solved the problem. Not every dealership is willing to take walk-ins, so I was very impressed that they made time for me. More

The environment was warm and welcoming and never felt like a pressured sales situation. I dealt with Walter Marsh and Mike Perlini, both were excellent and knowledgeable about the Volvo products and answered every question I had, and gave me some great knowledge on the company that I was unaware of. They thoroughly explained all of the cars options as well as my purchase and leasing options and kept in contact with me throughout the entire sales experience. Life is about relationships, and the people at Tasca get it, they would rather have you make an informed decision than try to push something on you to maximize a sale. I will be a Tasca customer for life. If you haven't taken the time to go in and check out any of their dealerships I highly recommend that you do! More
