2018 Mazda 3 Touring lease Last week of December 2018 leased a new Mazda 3 Touring sedan. I have had three Mazda 3 sedans and have been pleased with all of them. Bernie Spann is the go to guy at Tasca Mazda and is the manager. He is very easy to talk to and will give you the best deal available along with any Mazda incentives. Bayo Dina is a salesman and is also a great person to buy or lease a car from because he will work with you after you leave the car lot. They really want you to be satisfied with your vehicle and the tranaction to lease or buy. More

Very confused at first I came in the dealership with an online confirmed appointment which was disputed by the first person at the service desk who said I could not have it I came in the dealership with an online confirmed appointment which was disputed by the first person at the service desk who said I could not have it since they were closing at noon for the holiday. I was then directed with vague directions to another area of the dealership some type of quicker service it was very confusing and really a bit rude. Once in the right place the service explanation of services and professionalism was excellent. The service person Eric was pleasant knowledgeable and listened so too was the [foreman] I am sorry I don't remember the young man's name.. I was servicing my wife's car for 50K and knew it was going to be costly but Eric walked through the a solid program. I spent about $750 but most of it was preventative for all the needed fluid replacements and flushes. No repairs needed. Annoyingly on the same day I received a call / voicemail call from Tasca reminding me I had not serviced the car in a year. One other minor thing. Please tell the people at the desk where you pay your bill not to staple the receipt through the bill so you cant open it to read it without tearing the whole thing apart. Awesome hot drink machine! More

Love this dealership My lease was nearing its end when I received a call from Daria at the Tasca Group asking if I wanted to review my options. I said yes and I chos My lease was nearing its end when I received a call from Daria at the Tasca Group asking if I wanted to review my options. I said yes and I chose an appointment for a couple of days later. We arrived at the dealership about 15min early, parked right in front, and entered through the front door. The dealership was clean and well staffed. They even have a cafeteria. I was greeted immediately and Tony arrived in less than a minute. He introduced us to Bayo Dina, who would walk us through all of our options. Bayo was gregarious and knowledgable. He reviewed our current lease agreement and informed us of the options. We wanted to continue to lease so Bayo showed us several vehicles. 2018's as well as 2019's. He informed us of ways to reduce the price of the lease and encouraged us to test drive at least one vehicle. We opted for a 2018 top of the line sports model EDGE. It listed for $14,000 more than the 2015 we were surrendering, but we ended up paying just about the same for the 3 year 45,000 mile lease. This made us very happy. The financing with Andrew was a breeze. We were at the dealership for about 5 hours though it did not seem that long. Bayo stayed with us the entire time, never took a break, never took lunch and I happened to hear him cancel an appointment so that he could finish with us. He never seemed rushed and happily answered all of our questions. He was very thorough in explaining all the Gadgets/options on the vehicle. We felt like we had made a new friend.
