Whoa, didn't expect that...real good start to my experience at Tasca. I felt comfortable and well taken care of thru the entire process of purchasing my new car. I even spent a little more than I wanted to but that's what happens sometimes when a customer is treated well. Bought 2018 Ford Edge I had a very pleasant experience at Tasca, thanks to great staff. He did his best to help me figure out what I could and couldn't afford, and then worked hard to find the car I wanted at another Tasca dealership. From the moment I met him to the moment I drove off the lot he was excellent. Todd doesn't just care about making sales, he cares about his customers and their satisfaction. He took the time after a long day to help me figure out all the bells and whistles that my new car offered, and made sure I was comfortable before driving home. I highly recommend Todd! Elian Khouri, a sales manager, was also pleasant to work with, as he negotiated fairly. I was given a very fair price for my trade in and he also listened to my needs and what I could and couldn't afford. Finally, Ryan Haxton in finance was such a pleasure to work with. His personality actually made the financial paperwork process enjoyable! He was very kind, helpful and personable. I've never before visited Tasca, but they will certainly be my "go to" from now on!
