Great Experience I was very happy and satisfied with my Ford Fusion purchased at Tasca. The service department is Great. When we decided to purchase a small SUV, I I was very happy and satisfied with my Ford Fusion purchased at Tasca. The service department is Great. When we decided to purchase a small SUV, I naturally wanted to look at the Escape. Lou Colon was great from the first day. He "actually" listened to what I was looking for and he didn't disappoint. 3 days later, with a very good price and trade-in we drove our new car home. Mike in the financing department was very helpful and offered us several options. Tasca continues to stand by me. More

Had a great salesman and a great sales experience, but unfortunately, the post-sale has turned into a nightmare. It's been over 42 days since we bought the car and 21 days since the temp tag expired, AND STILL NO REGISTRATION! So the new car is just sitting in the garage because it's illegal to drive it. Worse is that the dealership seems indifferent. They keep sending me back to the salesman, who really has no control over anything. All they ever say is I'll get my tags when they get them. Now they're telling me the problem is that the car was re-possessed and they're having a problem registering it with that kind of title at the DMV. Meanwhile, I had to buy another car just to be able to get around. The only solution they're offering is to just keep waiting. I don't usually write negative reviews, especially over an "isolated" incident, but after reading their other reviews and various complaints on different sites, I realized this isn't as isolated as you might think, so I can't in good conscience recommend them. The initial experience of buying with them was outstanding, though, so my biggest recommendation, if you choose to go here, is to make sure they show you a clear title to the vehicle before you buy it, or elect to register it yourself if they allow that. More

Worst experience ever ! We started out at Tasca in Cranston found a 2016 Explorer that my wife liked , we then spent several weeks looking and visiting a few different deale We started out at Tasca in Cranston found a 2016 Explorer that my wife liked , we then spent several weeks looking and visiting a few different dealerships to compare vehicles an prices. While Tasca had the best prices hands down , they dropped the ball in every other aspect ! The first salesman failed to mention the explorer had been in a minor accident , same salesman wouldn't return calls (others use same business technique get to that later) when inquiring about loan information. So I went to my bank ( Bank of America ) secured a loan for the amount at an interest rate lower than Tasca was offering , I have great credit rating 841 . No problem right ? Have my loan in hand go back to Tasca find a different Salesman. Sit down start the process have the money, picked out the car my wife wants for Christmas , should be good to go ! Wrong ! They (Jamie MacMillan) refused to accept my loan from Bank of America (not on there list of lenders) and if I insisted on using that loan we could not get the car for a few weeks (this was Dec 19th). So after a lot of back an fourth an threats of walking at this point , Jamie matches the rate of BOA and we settle . Now here we are Jan 7th 19 days into purchase , 20 day tags expire tomorrow and were still waiting for registration so we can get tags ! I have called an left messages with sales supervisors ( Phil Hadfield , Jamie MacMillen ) yet to get a return call . Worst experience ever ! Will never go back ! Will never recommend Tasca of Cranston to anyone ever ! More

The leak was found and repaired the oil change was completed, of course when I made the appointment I hadn't heard the knocking noise. The service is always pleasant and knowledgeable, I had the privilege of dealing with ED Nardolillo he called when my car was completed, told me he what was done, what was causing the leak and the car was being cleaned and it would be ready by 4pm. More
