You won’t be satisfied. I stopped by the dealership on Pontiac ave in Cranston and the Fall River ave Seekonk location to gather info about purchasing a Mazda. I was not greeted, spoken to, or even acknowledged by any member of the Tasca team. I spent 30 mins in Cranston and 15 in Seekonk and no one spoke with me. As a person in sales, this is just lousy customer service. Why would I consider buying a car from your group? Awful - I won’t try again! More
Lincoln Repair - Exceptional Service With Just One Problem I worked with Service Advisor Chris Promades. The service was excellent. I went in for a factory recall (2015 MKZ steering column bolt - free) and an I worked with Service Advisor Chris Promades. The service was excellent. I went in for a factory recall (2015 MKZ steering column bolt - free) and an oil change ($39.95). I was also having a problem with my battery dying if the car sat undriven for 3-5 days. The battery was bought from Tasca almost exactly one year ago. Bolt was fixed in a day at no charge (of course). Turned out the battery was being drained by a faulty computer module controlling the trunk that would not shut down when the engine was shut off. A software update was installed that should fix it ($3.50). Tasca kept my car overnight and then tested the battery the next morning. They said the fix worked. I've been driving everyday, so I'll just take their word for it. :-) Everyone I encountered at Tasca provided outstanding customer service. They even washed and vacuumed my car before I picked it up. My free loaner car was another MKZ - very nice. My other car, that I'm so tempted to sell because its problems are many, is a 2008 Jaguar Vanden Plas. Jake Kaplan Jaguar in Warwick does not even offer a loaner car; they offer a "shuttle service". And, Woburn Jaguar (now out of business) used to provide loaner Toyota Camrys. So, getting another MKZ was truly satisfying. I highly recommend bringing your Lincoln here. If you don't own one, buy one. And that's from a guy who previously owned four Jaguars in a row and test drove Mercedes, Audi, Cadillac, and BMW before choosing the Lincoln. The only downside to my experience regards the navigation system problem I have. The MKZ suddenly and for no apparent reason stopped being able to recognize the SYNC Nav SD Card. So, I have no navigation system right now. Service said that it happens "quite a lot" and that a new card, version A9, would fix the issue — my card is an A8. However, they didn't have ANY A9 cards around to test that theory. Ordering a new card from Tasca was going to cost about $150 and take a week to arrive. So, instead, I bought one from Amazon for $74 and it'll be here in two days. We'll see if that works. Fingers crossed! More

What an awesome guy! This is one of the best salesmen I've ever worked with in 40 years of buying cars! He absolutely bends over backwards to make sure everything is PERF This is one of the best salesmen I've ever worked with in 40 years of buying cars! He absolutely bends over backwards to make sure everything is PERFECT. He was a total whirlwind of activity to get me in my new car and back on the road in a very short time, as I'd requested. I drove over 250 miles to make the deal on this car, and even after talking to Jorge on the phone beforehand, I was still a little apprehensive about up-charges, wrinkles, etc. that might occur after I got there. (Was dropped off by a friend,so if the deal didn't happen I would be stuck)! Jorge assured me it would go exactly perfect - and it did! (Plus he offered me a place to stay on his couch if it didn't - lol!) The only slight drawback was interruptions from walk-in customers who came in without appointments, but only wanted to deal with Jorge. He was extremely polite, but let them know he had to get me taken care of first. Every one of them left to come back later rather than deal with anyone else! Loyalty like that doesn't come easily and says everything you need to know about him. Absolutely ask for Jorge by name when you go there to make sure you're in the best possible professional hands! My low rating for the dealership is because I have had some registration problems with the vehicle and am not too happy with the dealership as a whole right now, but even though it's not in his hands, Jorge is still with me every step of the way and trying to help me get this problem ironed out, (On top of everyone else he's trying to help). If it weren't for him, I'd feel pretty helpless and lost right now, but feel confident the dealership will finally get this sorted out because he'll be on the case until they do! More
