The gentlemen in finance need a little more training as this process did not go effortlessly and assistance was required from the supervisor so the dealership lost a star there. More

I worked with Michael Yang to find my used Ford Explorer. Michael had me test drive a few explorers and had me look at different year models to compare and find the model I liked best. Michael was not pushy at all, which allowed me to make a clear-headed decision when purchasing my vehicle. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, but Michael handled everything very well and met every request that I had. He was always available to talk, which made the car buying process easy. Overall I had a very good experience with Tasca Ford and I will go there again for my future vehicle purchases. More
