I worked with Michael Yang to find my used Ford Explorer. Michael had me test drive a few explorers and had me look at different year models to compare and find the model I liked best. Michael was not pushy at all, which allowed me to make a clear-headed decision when purchasing my vehicle. I am not the easiest customer to deal with, but Michael handled everything very well and met every request that I had. He was always available to talk, which made the car buying process easy. Overall I had a very good experience with Tasca Ford and I will go there again for my future vehicle purchases. More

The greatest disappointment was the sexist and judgemental attitude of the sales manager Phil. Comments about the car we drove up in reflecting ability to pay full sticker price; that a single mother wouldn’t be paying for a car; etc. it’s no longer the 50’s and women should be aware this culture still exists at Tasca Cranston. This said, the rest of the Tasca team works to make your experience the best it can be! At the end of the day, my son loves his new car and I trust Tasca to service this car as long as my son owns it. Thanks Rodney!!!! More
