Great Service I have leased from Tasca before. This time I was in an accident. I had no idea how it worked with a leased vehicle when it is totaled in an accident I have leased from Tasca before. This time I was in an accident. I had no idea how it worked with a leased vehicle when it is totaled in an accident. The first thing my sales person and everyone at Tasca that knew about the accident asked me was if I was okay. Then they walked me thru the process of working with Ford Motor Credit to have the insurance company pay off the lease and send the the difference. They also got me into a car that was just what I had, a year newer. They really made me feel like they cared. More

When I visited sales totally disappointed. I find it sad when I got to sales I got a cup of coffee and it was twenty minutes before anyone asked if they could help me. When I gave my request to the sales manager I was told he had a meeting and he would get back to me,well 500 pm I finally got my information. So sad that internal tasca business is more important than dealing with a customer especially when there were four other sales people in the room. Took all day to get pricing and I never was offered to look at the cars. My time is valuable to me but I find it sad I have to do business in your time frame at Tasca but then again if you all are so busy and independent that you lose a customer every now and then it doesn't matter. More

Great service and a lot of laughs My husband and I went to Tasca and when we got there we were guided to Lou and I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable car experiences we have My husband and I went to Tasca and when we got there we were guided to Lou and I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable car experiences we have ever had!! The car that my husband wanted to see wasn't there so Lou took us out to the Lot and walked with us, letting us test drive whatever we wanted and I have to say the test drive was all about us, our thoughts and needs along with a lot of laughs. I have been married to my husband for 30 years and he has never bought a car the same day but that day we did. Lou was patient, informative and just an all around great guy. Our plan is to bring our daughter back to see Lou when she is ready to get a new car !! More
