The dealership was, by and large, a great place, too. However, the financing experience left a lot to be desired - the finance manager working with us didn't do a particularly good job of being clear about what we were getting into - fortunately, as a CPA, I'd planned ahead and was comfortable with the final numbers; I just would have had a better experience if the finance manager had actually taken the time to walk me through what was going on. He may do this several times every day, but I only do it once every few years. More

State Inspection Brought my car in for a RI Inspection. Inspection was done quickly and it was an easy experience. The only complaint was that I made an appointment on their website for 3:45 P.M., arrived a bit early, and was told the next service shift did not start until 4:00. Why is 3:45 an option for an appointment time? I would have stayed at work for another half hour instead of waiting to drop off my car. They did see me a little before 4:00, but still, I thought this was odd. Staff are very friendly! More
