It is always a pleasure to visit Tasca either for service or buying a new car. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My only disappointment is not having my salesman teach me more about the car especially how or buying a new car. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This review is long overdue as this is our third time Don Mailloux has worked with us to purchase the perfect Mazda! That in itself should tell you how Amazing we think he is! We enjoy spending time with him as he makes the usual stressful process of buying a car- enjoyable! He is always so patient with us- in the beginning where we had never owned a Mazda, he would answer all of our questions. Then, when our needs were changing and we were unsure what we were looking for in style, size, etc. he was so helpful in finding us exactly what was best for us. This year, we needed seating to make our dog happy. And, he always puts up with my never ending search for the perfect color! And this year, he found my all time favorite color for me. YAY! Please do not hesitate to stop in and see Don if you are looking to purchase a car. He really is the Best! More
We recently purchased a 2024 Ford Explorer Platinum, Courtesy Vehicle, from Tasca Ford in Cranston RI. Our Salesperson 'Don Mailloux' was 'Excellent' along with the 'General Mngr Bill', and the 'Fiance Courtesy Vehicle, from Tasca Ford in Cranston RI. Our Salesperson 'Don Mailloux' was 'Excellent' along with the 'General Mngr Bill', and the 'Fiance Specialist Peter'. Don Mailloux was very 'attentive and responsive' to facilitating the purchase of our Vehicle, and his many tenured years in sales was an asset to our experience at Tasca Ford during this process. All three of these gentlemen are a high value asset to Tasca Ford in our opinion. At this time we prefer 'not to leave a comment on their Service Department', which these three gentlemen may fully and comprehensively understand, nexus to our purchase experience. In closing if you should be a future customer of Don, Bill, and Peter, in the future at Tasca Ford in Cranston, RI, our 'confidence level is very high' they will 'not let you down'. All three of them and their dedicated Efforts have not gone unnoticed for a Tasca Ford Dealership they so all ably serve. More

He was honest, attentive, extremely personable and I never once felt pressured. I truly believe he gave me the best price possible. It was the easiest and smoothest car purchase I have ever made. Don made me feel like I have been a customer forever and he even checked in with me a few weeks later! He truly sets the bar high and I would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking to make a purchase at this dealership. In my opinion, five stars are not enough for Don! Thank you Don!!! We made an offer on a used car on Saturday 9/7. The salesman (Daniel) said he could not do it. On our way home he called and said he could knock another $1,000 off the price (leaving us $500 apar The salesman (Daniel) said he could not do it. On our way home he called and said he could knock another $1,000 off the price (leaving us $500 apart). He called us again on Sunday to see if we wanted to buy it. I reaffirmed our price. He called back 10 minutes later and said they could do it! We filled out an on-line credit application from home right away. We did not hear anything all day Monday. We called Monday night and we were told the finance person was on the phone and she would call us as soon as she got off the phone. No call. We called the salesman who assured us he would look into it and get back to us. No call. We heard nothing again on Tuesday. We called back Wednesday around 4 pm and were told by the salesman that "oh yeah" I should have called you. We umm sold the car on Monday I think". I asked to speak with the sales manager and wanted his name. He told me he was with a customer and would call me back. I again, asked for the sales managers name. He would not give it to me. I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my life! We had a deal and were "ghosted" by the salesman and the finance department. My mother has bought several cars from this dealership in the past. Mr. Tasca should be embarrassed by the way his current sales staff treats customers! More
