TASCA's Service Department Commitment to Satisfaction I scheduled my Volvo for routine maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve a stalling problem that recently started. Service Advisor, Chris I scheduled my Volvo for routine maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve a stalling problem that recently started. Service Advisor, Chris Promedes, coordinated the work, including stall-related maintenance, and kept me abreast of its progress, over the course of two days. He immediately arranged for me to rent a vehicle when it became apparent that the work would take more than one day (including obtaining needed parts). After all work was accomplished, I was notified the car was ready for pick up. A day afterwards, the car stalled again. Chris immediately put me at ease by recommending I bring the car in as soon as possible and advising, after conferring with TASCA's Service Manager, Bruce Dancause, that TASCA would provide me with a no-cost rental vehicle until the car was repaired and tested. I have experienced this commitment to excellent service, over and over through the past many years of dealing with TASCA. Told me it might be a little while before they could get to it, as they were moving vehicles from the bay after plowing. She kept me informed throughout the process. In and out in under 2 hours, Brittany reviewed everything that was done quite thoroughly. And the best part? FREE OF CHARGE! More

Military Veteran As a veteran, I had to work hard to prove my military status. I had to go online (for them), and completed a third-party verification. On top of that, they said it was added into the on-line advertisement that was priced for the car. Did they know I was in the military? When I visit TASCA, I did not go on line to visit their showroom pricing. I was a walk-in and the car of choice was priced at $12,750.00. After stiff negotiations, and ready to walk out, the manager had to get approve from his direct report to take the $500.00 off the sticker price or lose a business. If you have a military appreciation program, and someone comes in to the dealership with a valid ID, why all the hassle.
