Absolutely horrific customer service. Scheduled a maintenance appointment in July for 2 days in October. 2 simple questions that I wanted addressed. Was told when I booked, and again when I dropped the car off that it would take 1-2 days. On day 7 I had still not heard a thing. I called to find out that no one had even looked at the vehicle yet. I was given an excuse that the holiday (1 day) was the reason it wasn’t done. At the end of the day I came to pickup the car. Only 1 of the 2 concerns had been addressed and was not resolved.. I was charged $150 for “labor”. Absolutely scammed by a company that does not care at all about customer service. Tasca wasted my time, my money. Will never buy or have a car serviced again from this dealer. More

Completing the Loan application online prior to my visit made it quick and easy to buy the truck I wanted. I took my Dad to test drive a few vehicles and couldn’t have been more pleased with Don Mailloux as he helped us pick a car. Originally I had a good experience here. Within about 3 hours I took ownership of my new car at what I was told was a promotional finance rate for Volvo CPO vehicles. Later that week I recei Within about 3 hours I took ownership of my new car at what I was told was a promotional finance rate for Volvo CPO vehicles. Later that week I received a call saying I needed to drive back down and resign a new contract because Volvo 'made a mistake' on the rate. I made the 30min drive over to discuss, and they claimed I needed to sign a new contract but couldn't point me to any language that gave them the authority to void the existing. There was also never a clear answer as to what happens if I don't resign. Luckily I'm engaged to an Attorney that specializes in contracts law, and I myself work in Finance. After an hour of arguing, we said no thank you and left without resigning anything. I'm very disappointed in how this was handled and it soured my whole experience with the dealership. Not only will I avoid this place for any service or warranty work, but it made me question their ethics. This could have been a genuine mistake in their part, or a sales tactic that seems common with some dealers. If Volvo or Tasca made a mistake, then they should cover it (especially due to the fully executed finance agreement), and in no world should I fix their mistake by paying more. I would not have purchased the car if that was the initial rate. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the car is very nice, but it's hardly something I could only find there. More
