We purchased our 3rd new vehicle from Tasca about 3 months ago. The dealership awesome and the selection is great. But our salesman Todd was not what we expected from Tasca. After the sale his cust months ago. The dealership awesome and the selection is great. But our salesman Todd was not what we expected from Tasca. After the sale his customer service skills suck. No response calls and texts. No response to calls. We wanted mud flaps and Weathertek floor mats as part of the sale. Supposedly they were ordered. We brought the truck in for its first oil change and asked Todd at 9:30am if he could put them in the vehicle while it’s in service. He responded at 3:41 and said he left them at the service desk. Duh! The vehicle was in for a 10:30 oil change. The truck was already gone by the time he responded. After speaking with him after that he said they would be mailed out to us in Connecticut. It’s been 2-1/2 weeks since he “sent “ them out. We will no but another vehicle from them and will be sure to tell all our groom this great experience. Sales manager he is definitely NOT!!!! More
I was shopping around for a new SUV. I was driving an explorer but wanted to see other makes and models. Don readily showed me all makes and models, he didn't try to upsell, but instea I was driving an explorer but wanted to see other makes and models. Don sat at his desk, went over all the details of the different models and printed the window sticker. Very professional and really nice! My husband met me later that day and we did purchase the vehicle. Don followed up via phone call and email after we purchased the car. More

Bayo Dina is a wonderful sales consultant with a warm reception. He was very responsive to my requests and answered all of my questions in an expeditious manner. I asked for the rims to be touched up and reception. He was very responsive to my requests and answered all of my questions in an expeditious manner. I asked for the rims to be touched up and to my amazement, they look brand new! I paid cash while remaining under my budget for the car I desired. I was accidentally billed for Rhode Island sales tax when I am a Massachusetts resident. However, this was amended by a reimbursement check that i received a few days after my vehicle purchase. Bayo sent me a follow up call about a week after my purchase to see how I like the car, which I love. This simple gesture solidifies the fact that he cares about 100% customer satisfaction. 5/5 More
