The day before the deal was made we were almost certain to buy a Subaru Outback from another dealership (almost finalized a deal). It was our first-time visit to Tasca Ford and it was Michael Yang whose gentle and polite attitude (unlike most other salespeople) impressed us. We only went there to browse some compact SUVs of Ford but the end of the day we bought one. He was knowledgeable, respects customer interests, and able to answer customer's questions specifically without bluffing. When we asked him to explain the price they were asking, he carefully explained that by breaking down the total price into smaller parts. He didn't waste our time a second. Never tried to impress/distract us by telling 'how cute our kids are!'. He followed up with us texts and emails. He made communications very easy. He is easily accessible, tech-savvy and smart. We are highly satisfied with Michael Yang. More
