After a traumatic experience at the first dealership I went to, I refused to shop alone. Three dealerships and 3 salesmen later, I still was having no luck. It wasn't until I saw a vehicle at Tasca Cranston I remembered Michael. My husband provided me his cell phone number and within a few hours, he had sent me photos of the vehicle, set up a test drive and subsequently started the paperwork for purchase. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and being able to do this alone (without my husband present) is a huge credit to Michael. He was personable, knowledgeable and never pushy. Since I was an hour away, I didn't want to make the trip to Tasca unless the deal we were discussing was legitimate.
