Great team! I highly recommend Tasca for the professionalism I experienced during my recent car purchase. Rod stayed late to help me evaluate and secure the vehicle.( MercedesGLE 350) He gave me the best information possible, from his knowledge base, and by his seeking additional resources to get my questions answered most accurately. Walter Marsh was a resource person, and he was extremely knowledgeable . As a pre- owned car, one has a little trepidation about condition from previous owner. He Knew that car, and explained what had been done to it at Tasca as preparation before my purchase. That was important to me. Manager Doug was professional. He took the lead on assessing a trade- in. I think he was the winner on this transaction, but the decision was mine, with no pressure. Zine Bentoudja , in financing,was excellent! He smoothly directed the buying process, so that I felt I had good information on extended warranty coverage , and really helped me figure out the coverage I needed. He went above and beyond trying to compare two products. Tasca won! This all took time, and he never made me feel rushed. But far and above for me , was the time he spent, well after hours, explaining the details of operating the features on the car. There is a lot of technology in the car, and I would have felt lost if he hadn’t taken the time- start to finish - to go over the controls, and bells and whistles. He never seemed impatient, even though it was well past closing time. Rod, who was less familiar with the controls, stayed to learn, so he can help the next customer most confidently. It did get late , and Zine offered his continuing service if I should have any more questions. One thing I think is, that the dealership should get him some nice business cards. I have his number written on a folder, but a Tasca card in my wallet would be much nicer for direct access, should I have a question, as well as for recommendations when speaking to my friends and family. Thanks for the experience . I hadn’t bought a car at a dealership since 1976. My first car then, and , if this one runs as it should, maybe my last now! Sincerely, Katy More

My best car buying experience in 25 years!!! Tasca is hands down the most professional, honest and courteous dealership I have ever been too. The Tasca family values truly shine through at the Cranston dealership. They have an incredible business model which is unlike traditional dealerships. It is obvious that they value their customers and want to see them return for future purchases. Most dealerships make you feel like a number off of the street but Tasca is the total opposite. My family would like to take the time to thank the entire Tasca family for helping us get the vehicle that we needed during a very tough transition timeframe for us.
