Recall service on two (2) issues for my 2019 Ranger pick-up Appointment made for April 9th at 7:00 AM. I left the vehicle and was quickly given a shuttle to my home. I received a call mid afternoon that work wa Appointment made for April 9th at 7:00 AM. I left the vehicle and was quickly given a shuttle to my home. I received a call mid afternoon that work was completed. Decided to leave truck for inspection of a possible leaking shock absorber. Tasca provided me with a loaner truck. Part had to be ordered and repair made next day April 10th. Service Employees were GREAT throughout. More

Tasca's motto, "You will be satisfied" applies to Steve. I recently bought my 5th vehicle from Tasca Ford, a preowned 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. I had a concern about the heated seats and heated wheel not w I recently bought my 5th vehicle from Tasca Ford, a preowned 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. I had a concern about the heated seats and heated wheel not working during a remote start. I met Steve who is one of the nicest people I've ever encountered at any dealership anywhere. He made sure that my vehicle was repaired properly, by after trying every possible way to do so. He finally ordered a new dash cluster from Ford and after the install, he confirmed that I also needed a new battery, which he had installed also. This was all done under Tasca Ford's 90 day bumper to bumper warranty on a preowned vehicle, at no cost to me. Thank you Tasca for also providing me with a free rental during my repair appointments. I can't say enough good things about the Dealership and one it's best employees Steve D'Elena, he truly is a credit to your good name. More

When he called me to let me know the car was ready the cost was EXACTLY what he said it was going to be. Not a penny more. You can't fix something that's not broken. Don't change a thing. More

Made a couple of suggestions to me (which were helpful) and the visit was pretty quick. Having purchasing a few vehicles at Tasca, I can say that the continuity of employees like Eric DeFalco and my salesman (who stopped to share notes on home improvements we were both presently doing on our homes) shows you the why folks like me are loyal to this dealership. I trust them, and they are not phonies. For a big dealership, they have the style and attitude of your "old time" mechanic from the neighborhood. It's not "Mr.Medeiros," it's "Hi Tony, what going on today?" That's how I do business. Other firms could learn a thing or two from guys like Eric, and Don Mailloux. More
