I was called into the dealership with an offer for me to trade in my 2010 Honda Accord EX early (they needed to increase their inventory on certified pre-owned vehicles) and I would be able to walk away wit trade in my 2010 Honda Accord EX early (they needed to increase their inventory on certified pre-owned vehicles) and I would be able to walk away with a 2012 model for either the same payment per month or lower. I decided to take them up on their offer. When I went to the dealership, Alana put me in touch with Chad who immediately got down to work in helping me get out of my current lease and into a brand new car. The process in total was only 2 hours! I was in and out so quickly and without any "hiccups". He was professional and courteous and I felt comfortable with the transaction. He even hooked me up with a model that had wood trim- an added bonus that I was unaware of until I went to drive off in my new car and my payments per month are slightly lower. I purchases my first car from Chad S and Tarrytown Honda in February 2011 . I had just left another Honda dealer across the bridge after being told that after a week ( mind you that my credit deal was appro in February 2011 . I had just left another Honda dealer across the bridge after being told that after a week ( mind you that my credit deal was approved 100 percent at this other dealer and was told by this other dealer that o we are to busy to taxi the car from our sister dealership since its the end of the month and they needed to make additional sales needless to say we left that dealer and stopped by Tarrytown ). Not knowing Chad at all at this time sat down with him and gave him our story of what happen with the other dealer . Within ten minutes he was able to match and even beat the deal that we had originally had, telling us and showing us that he stood by his word that he doesn't play that so called cat and mouse game and neither does Tarrytown honda. We were so pleased at the deal and easy transaction and attentive customer service we promised to send as many referrals because this is the ideal way car salesman and car deals should go ! More

He had endless patience with my questions and explained things very thoroughly, which has not been the case with other business managers I've dealt with in the past. Dealing with both these gentlemen was such a pleasure that I will be back next time I am in the market for a new vehicle and I will recommend Tarrytown Honda and these two gentlemen specifically to anyone looking to buy a Honda.
