From the first call put into this dealership in Tarrytown, our feeling was a good one. A very pleasant receptionist named Shanique greeted us and was able to not only give us information, but was a Tarrytown, our feeling was a good one. This was impressive to us because other dealerships we dealt with the receptionist always had to leave her post (the call) and get instructions from a higher rep. Using this information we drove to this dealership, about five miles, and met Shanique who directed us to a wonderful sales rep named Chad. I've dealt with sales reps before and this rep had a very easy-going manner that made me feel comfortable. I can say honestly, that I liked this chap! There was no sense of pressure. I felt as if it was me and my wife making the decisions regarding choice and payment. He never said no any counter requests from my wife and myself. Bottom line, we came to an acceptable agreement and we're now the proud owners of a spanking new 2013 CR-V. More
