My rating has to do with fact that I have been with Tarrytown Honda for over 6 years and I have always felt very well taken care of by my salesman. As a single mother and struggling, I needed a chance to prove myself and to turn thing around and get on my feet and that exactly what Honda has allowed me to do. Everyone was helpful, kind and let me know exactly what I was working with and I appreciate that, a lot. Remember, I've been with Honda for 6 years and each time my situation has been different, but I didn't come away feeling like I've gotten taken advantage of. Hopefully, my next experience with be just as well or better. More

I found an Acura MDX 08 online at Tarrytown Honda. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I called in 30 minutes before the dealership closed to make sure that the vehicle was still there and ready for tomorrow, Shanique assured me that it is still there and she'd call me if anything changed. The next morning, I drove 180 miles from Massachusetts for my appointment. When I arrived, she told me that the vehicle is in the body shop. I have no words to express my frustration and disappointment at this, especially after I found out that the vehicle was in the body shop for several days now. They were replacing the front bumper, rear bumper, doors, and hood. I was promised a clean undamaged car before I arrived, therefore the sales rep literally lied to get me to come to the dealership and buy a car from them. This was a very horrible experience at the dealership, the staff is unprofessional and irresponsible for lying to potential paying customers. More
