The price to get us in the door was excellent. And, there was NO QUESTION they were going to honor their commitment. BUT, when we went to the Finance person. all of a sudden there was a $295 fee. We there was NO QUESTION they were going to honor their commitment. BUT, when we went to the Finance person. all of a sudden there was a $295 fee. We questioned why it was there and said that NO ONE had mentioned a fee. Also, he couldn't tell us what the fee was actually for. So, he removed the fee. There was ALSO a $75 dealer fee, which I didn't argue about at the time. Once we paid for the car, it was a moot point. I regret not complaining, there shouldn't be a general fee. All costs are rolled up into the cost of the car. There is NO REASON for any fee by the dealership once the price has been negotiated. Because the price, even with the $75 dealer fee, was the least expensive we had gotten, I will still say the price was VERY GOOD, though the "fees" left us feeling less satisfied by the transaction. The sales person we were assigned, Ayla Cruz, was EXCELLENT! She answered ALL our questions and PATIENTLY went over the function of the car's MANY switches and dials. She was absolutely fantastic. More
