I decided to buy a 2014 pilot and was considering a couple dealerships in the area. I figured id pass by tarrytown and see billy who took care of my brother. I was familiar with the vehicle so we went straight to the numbers. The initial numbers we're pretty much out of range considering I did my homework before hand, but after going back and forth for a little I was able to accept a good offer, price being around invoice instead of msrp. I wanted a black on black touring which they didn't have and had to locate it. They offered a demo with approx. 5600 miles with running boards, but I declined since it wasn't "new". I waited a couple days which was fine with me and received a call from bill about the vehicle being available. When I came back to pick up the pilot, billy took care of transferring the plates and paperwork. It was sad to see my TL go, but it was time for a change and I was glad the change was positive one with this dealership. I've already recommended them to friends and family. Overall, I was extremely satisfied! More

I had no idea what so ever about the car buying process and felt very intimidated about the entire thing but I took the leap and submitted a credit application and immediately was contacted by Chelsea who helped me step by step understand the entire process from beginning to end. Chelsea made me feel so comfortable and secure with the big purchase I was about to make, she took her time answering all of my questions and concerns. Chelsea worked with me and my financial situation getting me a great deal. Now when it came to the car, my sales person, David was incredible!! David helped set up my car and taught me how to use all of the neat features my car has to offer. He also made sure the car was in immaculate condition on the inside and out, I drove off that lot feeling like a million bucks. David even contacted me several days after my purchase to ensure that I was still happy with my purchase and making sure I didn't need anything, talk about great service! As a White Plains resident, I was delighted to drive over to this particular locality. Years ago, I was helped by a gentleman named Jordan Rabadi, who graciously helped my mom and I in purchasing her first new car. As he had moved on to sales management in Tarrytown, and I was looking for a newer pre-owned certified car, I followed the knowledgeable treatment I had come to know. From the moment I stepped inside, the environment was friendly and genuine. Every member of the team made me feel immediately comfortable. I knew that I wasn't simply being "sold", I was being treated with respect and eagerness to educate on everything I needed to know when making my purchase. I wanted something safe, roomy and absolutely reliable...definitely found that in my CRV! From the numbers to the bumper, I feel like I thoroughly know my car - which despite "asking the right questions" is not easy to say. Jordan diligently handled every detail, speedily and carefully - I would highly recommend his service and experience. His accommodations and honesty are hard to beat, he really tries his best to work with your needs. I was looking for a cheap reliable car that would last me a while. The very first car I saw was the one I liked. (I even got the color I wanted!) I honestly was not able to feel the difference in handling/power between the 2011 Accord and this 2003 Accord. After looking around the lot I didn't see a car I would father have. While I have not driven the car long enough to be able to tell you that this Honda did in fact last long enough to justify my buying it, I will tell you that the head ace I saved by coming to the dealer over going to Craigslist was worth the was worth extra money I paid. My asking range was 6K and I walked away paying 7,750 after title and reg. Not bad. Honestly I am the worst kind of costumer, I was looking for a price that they could not possibly give me and a an "internet traffic costumer" to boot. Most other people were looking to drop 20 or 30 k and I was not looking to go over 6. Never the less Anisa gave me her full attention, her time and provided me with excellent service. I decided to buy the car 6:30 PM Friday afternoon and I drove the car out of the lot on Sunday afternoon fully registered and insured. They didn't want to take a personal check or CC over $2,500 so they sat there and counted the $20 bills I emptied out of the ATM:) I do recommend Tarrytown Honda for anyone rich enough to shop there, for excellent cars and a better shopping experience. He listened carefully to my concerns and wants in so far as make of vehicle, year of vehicle, pricing and financing. Chad made this entire experience pain free for me.
