I have worked with Richard three times in the past when leasing or purchasing cars, and always request him when I return. He is very professional and thorough. When I arrived at Honda, the documents were ready for me to sign, my insurance company had been notified and provided a new insurance card, and Richard spent all the time necessary with me so that I understood the features of my new car. I am always happy to refer Jordan and Richard to family and friends. Just this week, 3 people in my family contacted Jordan about new cars. My first point of contact was Shanique Williams who was absolutely great throughout the negotiating phase. Shanique was remarkable friendly and patient and was always willing to answer any and every questions I had during my frequent interactions with her over the phone and via email, She was able to put together a very competitive price for me and once I was at the dealership everything went as already negotiated including the trade in of my 2012 Accord SE. Shanique is absolutely wonderful to work with and I am sure I will return to Tarrytown for my next car even though I live about 60 miles away. At the dealership I was also helped by a very pleasant young lady Maria Hidalgo who stayed with me throughout the buying process . She was very warm and very helpful throughout the time I was at the dealership and once the deal was done and I was handed the keys to the car she spent a lot of time helping me familiarize myself with the various features the car had to offer. I was really impressed by her attitude and demeanor. I would also like to thank the sales manager Jordan Rabadi and the finance manager Wison Velez who made the whole leasing process a pleasant one.
