I had previously financed a vehicle, but this was my first lease and each member took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and get me in the right car with everything on my wish list. Ramon took me for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the difference between trims and models which made it much easier to decide which car best fit my needs. He showed me how to work all of the new technology and features in the car in a clear way that was easy to understand. Vanessa was my salesperson and was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. She took care of me from A to Z making sure my car was ready down to a full tank of gas when I finally drove off with my lease. She made me feel comfortable with the process and I would highly recommend her for the lease or purchase of your new Honda. Victor was the sales manager and help me come up with the perfect payment structure to fit my budgetary needs. He was extremely courteous, fair, professional, and was the ultimate reason I went with a Honda lease instead of an alternative car brand I had been looking into. Finally, Rich was my finance manager and helped explain every detail of all the forms I was signing and additional protection plans that I purchased. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. While I also dealt with two other staff members, it was these four individuals that really made my experience very comfortable. I am ultimately very happy with my decision to lease at Tarrytown Honda and will be highly recommending this dealership to family and friends. More

Out of twelve test drives and multiple dealerships, Wilson at Tarrytown Honda stood out as patient, thorough and professional. I negotiated mostly through the phone and wound up purchasing a 2013 Pre Certified Honda Fit. They got me a great financing rate since I had some money to put down, even though I wound up getting a slightly better rate through a credit union personal loan. The car was clean and in great shape, as expected. Richard the finance manager did a great job explaining all fees and pricing, especially since this was new to me. I never felt pushed, rushed or sidelined. I'm one of "those" who needs to read the fine print on absolutely everything, and they were completely thorough and professional about it. Overall, my experience was really wonderful. I'll be back for my next vehicle! More

Wilson gets to know the prospective buyer by listening to what one is saying. He does not rush you through a sales pitch. He always finds time to speak with you. Wilson Velez is very respectful and accommodating. He is, what all people in sales should aspire to be. I have always had positive experiences with this dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!! I have bought many different makes of vehicles over my lifetime from many different dealerships. I have absolutely no idea how Tarrytown Honda has the I have bought many different makes of vehicles over my lifetime from many different dealerships. I have absolutely no idea how Tarrytown Honda has the stellar rating that it has. I checked the reviews before considering purchasing from them and NEVER would have even visited their dealership had I known about the extremely poor service that I would receive, especially considering I live over 90 minutes away. I called the day before I wanted to visit their dealership to inquire about 3 specific used Honda CRV's that were displayed on their website. I was told that they were all still available. We arrived on a Saturday and their dealership was very busy. We didn't see the salesperson I had spoken to on Friday and instead were told that Wilson Velez would be helping us. After speaking to Wilson and letting him know which vehicles we were interested in, he went outside to their very cramped lot to make sure the vehicles were available. He said that 2 of the 3 cars were there, with my first choice being unavailable. When I told him that I had inquired just the day before about the car, he said it was possible that it had sold as they were obviously very busy. While we were outside looking at the 2 cars, he told a lot attendant that there were a couple of vehicles that were dead and that needed charging. I can't help but wonder if the car I was interested in was one of them, as it was still available on their website days later. We took one of the CRV's for a test drive and came to an agreement about the price. I told Wilson that I was concerned as the vehicle had just over 100k miles on it and it hadn't had the service that was due. He told me they would look the vehicle over and if anything was necessary, including an oil change, it would be taken care of. He did come back while the mechanic was working on the car to let me know that new rotors were being installed. We were there for several hours and by the time the car was ready it was dark out. I didn't question the work that was done on the car (just the rotors; no oil change) and I didn't look the car over very thoroughly as I was tired and just wanted to get home. The next day I realized that two out of the three rear headrests were missing. I called Wilson and he said he would try to get them. Over the next several weeks, I would be told by Wilson on 3 separate occasions that he should have the headrests "tomorrow". Only after finally calling Jack Ryan, VP of Tarrytown Honda did I FINALLY receive the headrests. Also, I was told by Wilson that my PA plate would be FedEx'd to me. This gave me the mistaken impression that I would have it within about a week. Not the case. Again, only after a call to Jack Ryan did my plate show up, within a week of when the temporary out-of-state plate was due to expire. Also, after noticing that the car that I was really interested in was still showing as available on their website, I called 2 days after buying my car and spoke to the sales manager. Instead of possibly telling me that unfortunately I was stuck with my 2nd choice car, he supposedly checked to see if my DMV paperwork was processed, and said that it was, which I now know was an outright lie. He also said that I couldn't have gotten the other vehicle for the price that I paid for my vehicle as they were "in it for different money". I noticed later that they reduced the price making it within striking distance of what I paid for my car. Also, in dealing with Jack Ryan , the VP of the dealership, he was rather gruff and rude the first time I spoke to him. Their customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone! Stay far, far away, maybe more so if you are buying a used vehicle! If I could rate this dealer 0 stars, I would have! More
