Fast forward to February 2018 I purchased a 2013 Honda Pilot Touring in April of 2016 from Tarrytown Honda and the process was smooth and with no b.s. Fast forward to February 2018, the paint on the roof of my Honda was peeling for no apparent reason. I contacted the service department and the operator was so helpful, Sadly I forgot her name. She transferred me to Raymond from service and he requested that I send him pictures so that he can forward them to American Honda. I sent the pictures and with 2 days Raymond contacted me with good news, Honda approved to pay for the paint job. Apparently this has occurred with several Honda vehicle made in 2013. I took my car to Tarrytown dealer and Victor took good care of me, I was given a loaner and was on my way. Victor then contacted me in 5 days telling me that my car was ready. I picked up my car today 2/10/18 and saw that they did a good job with the paint. I can honestly say that the personnel at Tarrytown Honda are very helpful. I wanna thank Raymond, Victor, the paint shop and the service female operator/ secretary who was extremely polite and helpful. More
