The salesman, Mr. Wilson Velez was an outstanding seller, showing experience, knowledge about the car features, patient with the customers explaining till the minimum detail and repeating any explanation that was not clear enough to me. This has been the best experience I ever had leasing a new car from an Honda dealer, being this the fourth Honda I had leased/bought. Nothing to compare with New Rochelle Honda or White Plains Honda. More

Agreed to a lease price of $360 per month, i get the bill 3 weeks later and its $490. This is all after i left an additional $1000 deposit to bring it to $360. No wonder this place has the worst reputation in all of Westchester. Its obvious the owner hires under qualified people so he doesnt have to pay top compensation to people who know what their doing. More

Worked hard to answer all of my questions completely My husband always worries I will keep us places for hours with my lists of questions. Haha. Wilson worked hard to make sure all my questions were answered as completely as possible and that I fully understood the answers, which made me feel much much more confident as this was my first big purchase of this kind. I really appreciated the professionalism and care taken. I never felt rushed or pressured (except by my hubby!) Lisa in finance patiently went through multiple options with me to come up with coverage I was comfortable with and answered all my remaining questions on the list! Cars and loans are expensive but understanding exactly what I was paying for and why and how the numbers broke down helped lessen the blow. Wilson then spent an hour going through all the features of the car, setting up the radio, connecting my phone, etc. The level of service was incredible. We will definitely be back for future vehicles. More
