Wilson is the real thing: genuine, authentic, warm, caring, professional, knowledgable, and supportive. He does not engage in “hard sell,” thus making sure that the customer is comfortable and does not feel undue pressure. He is engaging, personable, with a good sense of humor, and has excellent communication skills. He is also very accessible in terms of returning phone calls. The only drawback is the wait to see him, since there are so many other customers who feel the same way toward Wilson.
