I contacted Wilson and he immediately fixed me up with a new CRV, taking all the stress out of getting a new car. Not only did he handle all the paperwork to make the process simpler, but he also took the time to show me how all the safety features and other features of my new vehicle . " Certified" car had severe dry rot on tires. I traveled 900 miles to Tarrytown in reliance on their national ad that a 2014 Ridgeline had 25,822 miles and was Honda CPO certified. When i arrived I traveled 900 miles to Tarrytown in reliance on their national ad that a 2014 Ridgeline had 25,822 miles and was Honda CPO certified. When i arrived, all four tires had severe dry rot, and appeared, in my opinion, to have far more than 26K miles. In addition, the trailer hitch wiring and receptacle were missing. The used car manager was arrogant,offering to sell me a set of new tires for $1000, and refused to do anything about the missing hitch components. I urge you to avoid this business. More
