Buyer Beware, they will cheat you with the add ons, UPDATED Went into the dealership to look at a used vehicle, salesperson was nice and not pushy. Then we got to the finance department. First there was a 4 hour wait just to see him so a person is just wanting to get out of there. I almost walked at at that point. Then there were all the extras that were added in. First time I questioned them because the salesperson told me that it was complimentary, aka free, then I asked to have it removed. I was given the statement that it was required by the bank before they could finance it. I contacted the bank the next Monday and they said it was not true and had no idea why they would say that. Once again I almost walked out, and should have I realize now. Secondly I was told that it could be removed. I have had several contacts with the manage over the past three weeks who keeps stating (when he responds) he will send the paperwork to remove the extra costs (a maintenance plan I did not want) yet the paperwork never seem to make it to my house. These people are shady and will do everything they can to rip you off. UPDATE - TWO MONTHS AND REPORTING TO THE STATE ATTORNEYS AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THE EXTRAS WERE REMOVED AND CREDITED TO THE LOAN. More

A real pleasure!! We had gone to a Mercedes dealer the day before...I wanted that Mercedes! My husband wanted me to see a Hyundai first...I agreed, went 'kicking & scr We had gone to a Mercedes dealer the day before...I wanted that Mercedes! My husband wanted me to see a Hyundai first...I agreed, went 'kicking & screaming' to satisfy him. Didn't even know about the Genesis. Well, our first contact was a brand new sales gal named Audrey Parsons. She was delightful... Big smile, firm handshake, just a joy right off the bat. We went inside and the sales mgr, Mike Trimbur joined us after a while. Being new, Audrey wasn't completely familiar with the vehicles, but any thing we asked that she didn't know, she assured us she would find out. Mike, who was another very pleasant person, had many answers for us. Since we had been looking at the Mercedes, we chose to test drive the G80. We were very impressed... So much so that I had to admit I liked it even better than the Mercedes. We sat and chatted with Mike and Audrey for quite a long time. Both of us being outgoing, we had a great time laughing and joking with Mike and Audrey. I could go on about the friendly, enjoyable people we met there, but I'll just cut to the chase and tell you that we will be having a G90 5 liter delivered to us next week! We found everyone there to be so much fun that when my husband found out they all loved biscuits and gravy, he made a big ol' batch and brought them all breakfast!!! Too bad we could only give Morristown Hyundai a 5.... Because we would give them a 10 without blinking an eye! By the way, I should add, that one off my husbands favorite sayings is "We worked hard for our money and we will spend it with those who we truly like trust.". And, that is exactly what did!
