Patient Employees - Great Place Jesse (on-line manager), Josh (Salesman), & Spencer (General Manager) were very good to work with. I was there on the right day, because not only wa Jesse (on-line manager), Josh (Salesman), & Spencer (General Manager) were very good to work with. I was there on the right day, because not only was Josh very patient in showing me different cars, I was also offered pizza and brownies, and "Yes, I did accept pizza and the brownie, oh I almost forgot--a soda too!). I've never been car shopping and was fed too. That says something about the friendly people working there. When I returned to dealership to pick up car after windows were tinted, Spencer took out time to show me how all the gadgets worked in the car. There is a huge selection of cars to choose from, so it shouldn't be hard finding what you want. It was an overall great experience! More

Fun day, great car, awesome dealer! We had an excellent experience at Morristown Hyundai while scoping out cars for our daughter (this being our third Hyundai purchase since 2012). We w We had an excellent experience at Morristown Hyundai while scoping out cars for our daughter (this being our third Hyundai purchase since 2012). We worked mostly with Jesse and Josh, and talked for awhile with Spencer. They were casual and friendly--very southern-style. Jesse was a real cut-up, which was a nice change from what you normally find with a car dealer. They were also very motivated to sell us a car, without being pushy. At the end, they put a huge red bow on the car and brought our daughter over (eyes shut) for quite a memorable presentation. We even got pictures! We had driven from Maryville mostly because Morristown had the best selection, but it turned out they had the best price and the best people, too. We would definitely buy from this group again.
