They clear codes and sell cars to unfortunate so called customers. My car I bought from there had 11 codes on it. So far I have spent $ 2,500.00 dollars on my vehicle just to drive it. No remote. This is the second time refusal of service. First time I bought my Chevy blazer brand new had a sensors indicating that there was a problem with the tpms when I took it the dealership I was inf First time I bought my Chevy blazer brand new had a sensors indicating that there was a problem with the tpms when I took it the dealership I was informed that all the mechanics were at to lunch and would need to bring it back in the AM. I spoke with what I can only assume was the GM which informed me that’s just how they do things.I took to Morristown Chevy and with in a minute my car was in the back getting the sensors recalibrated. Today I go take my vehicle in to get an oil change and was informed they would not be able to get to it until Monday. The manager and I had it out but as I told him I could take my vehicle to any other dealership and get work done immediately. Well wouldn’t you guess it I took to Morristown chevy and within 5 minutes it was I on a lift getting the oil change needed. The issue I have is that the warranty to get the oil changes for free or only with Tarr so this visit to Morristown is going to cost. At this point I will be contacting the BBB and attorneys to handle this. Do not go to Tarr to purchase a vehicle because they will not honor their contracts with their customers. You will be stuck having to go elsewhere to resolve the issue. The level of service sucks major you know what. I will say thank you for showing your true colors Tarr since now I’m in the market now to buy 80k truck I will not be coming to you hope it was worth it. More

A week after just paying 7,000 in cash for my vehicle the timing chain broke and blew the motor. They would not offer a trade in nor replace what was broken. They told us they would pay the price the crushers would for the car, saying they would give us back 250.00. The staff told us that we needed to get it of if their lot as soon as possible because it wasn’t their problem. WORST SERVICE EVER. More

I usually despise dealership buys due to the lengthy time it takes to complete a deal. well this time from the credit check to my signature was about 1 hour amazing and I got a great deal from one of the local credit unions. I brought my wife back to pick up the keys and drive her new car home. got the car I wanted price I wanted to pay trade in allowance was fair, and my payment was 15 dollars off my target amount. great deal if another vehicle buy is in my future tarr is my place. More
