This was my first service visit under Toyota Care. I was greeted promptly, the service consultant, Luke, was friendly and professional. I had an unusual request as there was a black piece of rubber sticking out by 1 of the headlights. They checked it out and removed it(a piece of rubber from a car wash!) The servicing was quicker than expected and my wait time was about a 1/2 hour which was remarkable to me. More
