I gave this dealer a ver bad rating. they deserve it. Was offered $3000 for a car selling privately for 9-10k. Salesman was nice and friendly,( THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT A 2). The finance manager insulted me offered $3000 for a car selling privately for 9-10k. Salesman was nice and friendly,( THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT A 2). The finance manager insulted me horribly. Was there to trade a car for a brand new one. When I did not accept their offer She stood up and I was told a new car was not right for me. She threw the sales guy a list of Used cars and told him to show me the USED inventory, and walked off as if I was a waste of time. UGGGH! Well I bought the same new car I was (NOT RIGHT FOR), at another dealer near there , and got a fair trade value. I recommend going anywhere but Tansky. I was treated like a stupid kid who was wasting their time. I even have established credit through Toyota! The bad thing is I think the sales guy knew I was being treated unfairly and understood when I refused to look at their Used cars. He is a good sales guy working under the wrong bosses. More

I had to tow it to their TANSKY TOYOTA Service Center to get it fixed. The quality of service can be good, at the cost of a lot of money. TANSKY TOYOTA SERVICE CENER at Dublin has a way of squeezing your money out. THIIS IS PRIMARILY DONE BY SOME SERVICE REPRASENTATIVES IN CALCULATIION OF HOURS OF LABOR. My vehicle was brought in for service before noon and I got a call from my service personal before 4 pm, informing that it is ready for pick up. My out pocket expenses was over $ 900. They billed over $ 550 for labor alone. During our telephone conversation the representative happened to mention that it was done by AN experienced technician. Two hours labor claimed was just for cleaning some oil spill. More
