Upon completion of the test drive, Richard answered all of my questions, got me the price we agreed upon, and walked me through the paperwork to title and register the car. Before I left the dealership, I was introduced to Steve King who described the existing warranty and the value of an extended warranty. By the time I got home with the car, I had received an email from Mark Mathews introducing himself as the service manager who had already registered me to use the service scheduling solution provided by Tansky.
