He was courteous and seemed interested in my business, unlike the folks at Toyota Direct who barely introduced themselves to me and failed to be as direct and upfront with me as Mr. Norman was. When I asked Mr. Norman for a quote, he gave one to me and didn't waste my time by trying to repeatedly to get me to come in without giving direct answers to my questions. Toyota Direct told they would "treat me real well" but gave me a bit of a run around and no direct quotes.
