I was interested in the RAV4 and wanted a test drive, so we talked and he showed me the safety features and let me take a solo test drive. I'd been driving my Toyota Celica for many years and needed something larger, and I had an offer to sell that I couldn't refuse (it pays to take good care of your car). I was also looking at a Honda, but the Honda dealership would not let me take a solo test drive, even with my license and proof of insurance. So I asked Richard about an extended test drive of a RAV4 Platinum, and he arranged for me to keep it from Saturday until Monday. I love the RAV4 and just made my first purchase of a brand new vehicle since 1987! Working with Richard Norman during this whole process has been the most pleasant, satisfying (even fun) vehicle transaction I have experienced, and I've been driving for over 40 years. Richard was very responsive when I had questions, both by phone and text. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. More
