I came to Tansky Toyota in response to the recall on the RAV4. Nicole was exceptionally helpful in calling to set up my rental car for the day. She responded quickly once I filled out the forms for service, then again when I left, her warm and engaging manner made a day without my vehicle, a no problem day. I literally drove in with my vehicle, drive out with the rental. Returned after I was called to drive in with the rental, go to cashier, then left with my vehicle. Tansky Toyota Refused to admit their mistake, Refund my money, or incompetence of their staff , Such an Incompetent management.. Stealing my money.. Tansky Toyota is mainly Bad corrupt management who cover their tails. They only care was about the money.. Without even Doing the right job. They never intend to fix their own mistake or refund wrongful job, They must keep coming with problems, and charge money.. Once they received the money, they actually treat you like garbage, You will see all smiles and politeness when you come in, the service guys are ok, the actual customer reps, and Management, Seems like all White power team, "There is some obvious signals if you look" I paid over $1300.00 and still the car not fixed, and the management would even have the car for a while, then do nothing, just trying to buy time, to calm you, and figure another way, to find problem with something else. And in all those years Management and top guys there are only Of White / Caucasian race. Wow. The worst part, and all to blame, are the management, After complaining, and going to one after one, nothing fixed, kept my car for weeks, saying they will fix, and then finally when I went to pick my car, after they kept buying time over phone The management and Customer rep. did not know that the car was there ? all this time? They were just telling me lies over the phone and they did not look at the car and surprised that they have it on the lot?!! and that they have the keys Surprisingly My Toyota car was fixed in less than 2 hours across the road in the Honda Dealership of Germain!! Bad reputation for Toyota. wondering why Toyota is even damaging its name with such dealer.. Tansky is Awful, unprofessional management, and as a White person myself I can say they are "White Power Company". Just look at the top management!! More
We have bought several cars from Tansky's Toyota, and have always been very satisfied with the cars we have bought. This time, we bought a 2021 Rav-4 XSE Hybrid. Kirby Witmer, the sales person, was ver have always been very satisfied with the cars we have bought. This time, we bought a 2021 Rav-4 XSE Hybrid. Kirby Witmer, the sales person, was very helpful in showing us different purchase options without being pushy. He was always courteous, patient in answering all our questions, and treated us with respect. We feel we paid a fair price for a great car. Also, Jeff, the finance manager, made the buying process go smoothly, even going the extra mile to help us with the transfer of license plates. from our previous car to the new one. More

Beware , They do not even car to cover after their mistakes, faults, or behavior.. As Awful, Dishonest, Racist and Deceitful As it gets .. "Gonna Sue for sure" .. they made me lose $10,000.. plus the car and they still did played insurance for additional $3000 .. :"The car was junk 2 days after receiving it" They Only looking after ways to make money.. "and they do not even about its own cars parts ?!!"" the name is Toyota, and they can not figure the pronblem, and hastle it.. inside thgeir own Toyota car.. left the car there on Jan. 2nd 01/02/2019 right after new year eve. and here is exactly what happened with them havving the car going on 4th month with them having the car, and took over $3000 ,, till now.. 1-They diagnosed battery changed. charging $350" 2- - Second day " car did not run still. "Said Gas hoses and tanks Needs cleaning , fixing.. {they did it for 2 days, and still the problem was not fixed. 3- after a week, they said it was BAD ENGINE {{ it needed new engine for $5500".. Of course refused, went there to get my car out.. After finding out the Insurance was involved.. "They Said there is no engine problems, and it is all other things fixable.." not the engine.. and asked to keep the car.. till the insurance company guys come, 4- Insurance company issued them the check on 01/09/2021.. they did not fix nothing till I complained 2 months Later.. 5- After almost 3 months, finally they called on 03/14/2021.. that the car is fixed and done.. 6- When I went to receive the car FINALLY.. Starting the cars was bad noise from engine.. The MANAGER told me do not worry, Bring it back if anything, we cover it as we fixed it.. "ALL THEY WAS CARING ABOUT IS ME TO SIGN THE INSURANCE CHECK FOR $2900.00.. Plus Charging me additional $500.. 7- I signed the check took the car. knowing that they would gurantee it as they fix it and manager assured me nothing wrong after them having the car for almost 3 months, and having all this money.. 8- Next day driving the car noise became more and more from Engine.. I called them next day, to look on it.. JUST THE NEXT DAY FROM RECEIVING THE CAR.. The service team guy.. hastled me, said busy, no rentals, no cars etc.. AND HE WILL CALL ME WHEN THERE IS AVAILABILITY TO COME AND LEAVE MY CAR.. 9- I waited for over 2 weeks, and contacted him every other day.. he said he will contact.. "I did not drive the car out of scareness.. and starting to worry that they tried to scam and buy time.. 10- After being told how busy they are and npot welcoming me to come and see the car.. I went there at morning telling them i will leave the car and expect them to tell me what is the problem .. and I will leave the car for them to see until they find the problem ?!! 11- Only ONE HOUR hour Later "" the CS guy Chuck called me talking unrespectfully as usual".. THAT He called the insurance agent " Telling him it is the engine having problem and not related to the incidents they have fixed".. and the car "2012 Toyota Prius is Old, and the engine 110K mileage is OLD ?!!".. and that it is my problem.. not their problem HE and THIS COMPANY called the Insurance telling them "Hinting it was me trying to scam ?!! "If any other words I can put this .. While them saying They can fix the car and no engine problem on 01/09/2020 they will fix it and engine needs no work at all "jUST TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE INSURANCE?!!" I will sue for sure, and lets see.. But be ware.. 100% scam .. , dishonesty, and obvious racist tone you can see and feel the moment they had the keys from you!! More
