I love this place. From the experience of buying a car here ( best experience yet) to the service counter they go above what is asked or required. My son works at another dealership and I brag all the ti here ( best experience yet) to the service counter they go above what is asked or required. My son works at another dealership and I brag all the time to him on this dealership. They are quick, efficient, and do what they say needs done and even work with you on your schedule to complete. Happy with my purchase and the service dept as well and will keep returning. More
The service department has started up-selling me on service. A couple years ago they tried to give me service that was due at 60k miles when I only had 47k on the car, they said "47k was almost like 60 service. Then today after I told them I didn't want up-selling they sold me maintenance scheduled for 89k miles when I only have 59k miles on the car. They recorded my mileage as 89,700 miles when it was actually 58,700 miles. I don't trust their service department at all. More
This dealership is one of those that offers car rentals. I reserved a car two weeks in advance, when I went to pick it up the car was there but the employee did not give it to me and told me it is reserved for another customer because that customer is more difficult to deal with… I called around to eight other dealership for a similar car to rent but there were none on such short notice, I ended up renting a truck because that was all they had left that wasn’t reserved. They did not adjust the price to match that of the sedan that I had originally reserved. When I brought my complaint to the management they said they would contact me and make it right. It has been more than a week and they never contacted me. This dealership used be known for great customer service, but the bar has dropped since then. More
