I needed to replace one of my USBs and help with my GPS. Jeff was wonderful. He kept in touch with me, told me how things were going, and helped me finally use my GPS. Can't get better than that. Service department is a complete disappointment. I have been taking my 2013 FJ there since I purchased it. They are never on time and it’s always 2 to 3 hours. I tolerated this until my last exp I have been taking my 2013 FJ there since I purchased it. They are never on time and it’s always 2 to 3 hours. I tolerated this until my last experience. 3.5 hours waiting and they could not complete the service because they did not have parts. They said they worked order them and contact me. It’s been over a month and I have yet to be contacted. I reached and they stated someone would get back to me. Never happened. I would avoid this dealership. Not worth the hassle and the service department is the a joke. More
I purchased my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Tansky and I have continued to go there for maintenance and tires. I continue to be happy with the service.
