Wow. My Brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Heard some rumbling noises in the back suspension I just figured it was so muffled it must not be anything that must be how jeeps sound until I saw the dust gather on th noises in the back suspension I just figured it was so muffled it must not be anything that must be how jeeps sound until I saw the dust gather on the right rear quarter panel and figured something was heading south so I drove in on July 1 90° day they elbow hall met me out in the parking lot, and did a couple of quick tests and visual inspections we went for a ride and he pronounced that my rear shocks had failed probably during shipment when their crank down so tight. Helked me idepartment and have me written up by Jason France and then he walked down to the parts department and to see if the shocks were in stock they /, and Jason came down to the parts department and said they could do it at three. I pcame back at three they were done in 45 minutes and my jeep rides at the right height for now and the noise is gone and I am a happy camper! Thank you Al Porta, Jason Frandsen, and especially Al Bohall who did the actual repair! More
