The service writer are great. Only issue I had is the truck was supposed to have an inspection done. A week later my battery is no good. Tanner Motors is always an enjoyable experience from the friendly staff and service people to the finance department. Billy the finance person even gave me a bottle of Salsa. Was very pleased how quickly I was able to bring my vehicle in and have my problem diagnosed. I never rate excellent. Tanner Motors acted very ethical and professional in the replacement of the back seat upholstery that was damaged by the mechanic during an oil change and tore rotation. Lent a loan and professional in the replacement of the back seat upholstery that was damaged by the mechanic during an oil change and tore rotation.
