I never rate excellent. Tanner Motors acted very ethical and professional in the replacement of the back seat upholstery that was damaged by the mechanic during an oil change and tore rotation. Lent a loan and professional in the replacement of the back seat upholstery that was damaged by the mechanic during an oil change and tore rotation. Lent a loaner to provide local transportation for the day while the replacement of the back seat upholstery. Very nice. More

Since we bought our car from Tanner, we have been very satisfied with the service, have had all maintenance done by service dept. However, I must say that an oil change is quite expensive and my tip to you is that if they want to replac done on my vehicle was done appropriately.
