My vehicle was there for 11 days until I got a final diagnosis....only to find out can't be fixed for maybe a week. I had to leave for an emergency trip from MN to TX and so I had to get it towed home a diagnosis....only to find out can't be fixed for maybe a week. I had to leave for an emergency trip from MN to TX and so I had to get it towed home and drive to TX with no reverse. 11 days without vehicle during the vehicle diagnosis period. Frustrating . Service guy was nice....but frustrating for me as I had to leave in 3 days for family emergency. They would not provide me a rental so I could leave it there to be fixed. Spoke to jeep corporate and they would not provide me with any rental even if I just dropped off the rental. I received zero compensation for the inconvenience. It was under power train warranty too. More

I was having problems with starting my vehicle. The service agent thought it might be related to the fuel pump which was recalled and I’m order.
