Six weeks later I fin Thanks Laura. Grateful for your help. I will be back. I took my 2013 Ram 1500 in for a check engine light and an oil change. Six weeks later I finally have it back. It took two weeks to get the appointment (so all together almost 8 weeks of not driving my truck in the middle of summer since I had no idea how serious the check engine light issue was and wasn't going to risk further damage). After they had it for two weeks they finally figured out that a cylinder head needed to be repaced. They could not find the parts locally so add another 3 weeks to get the parts. Yesterday I went to pick it up. After I paid the bill I went out to get my truck. When I went to leave it barely started. Turns out the original battery had finally given out. I would have thought someone would have noticed that after 6 weeks, but no. I will say that one of the only bright spots in all of this was Laura in the service department. She was completely honest with me as this wore on and sympathetic to my frustration with the entire situation. One not so bright spot was on a call in to check on the status of the repairs. Laura was not available so someone else answered my call. His response to me was they were busy and it was June. NOT HELPFUL OR WELL RECEIVED. Also, I have filled these out over the past 4+ years I have brought vehicles in to be serviced. I have brought this up before : YOU NEED TO GET A QUICK LUBE LANE. TWO WEEKS TO GET AN OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENT FOR A SERVICE THAT SHOULDN'T MORE THAN AN HOUR IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Good customer service but needs a better building - bigger parking lot or drop off area as well as better waiting area for customers, especially if service takes longer than an hour. It would be much safer for people to have ample parking space to get their vehicles in and out of the parking area when dropping off and picking up vehicles. Most dealerships have updated service buildings where the customers can drive their vehicles in and drop it off right in their building. That is a very nice feature. Waiting areas with comfortable sitting would be a great addition too. Hopefully, this can happen in the near future. More

I have been very pleased with Tanners since transferring from Brandle motors. Their always straight up front with service and repairs. And if they think that they can’t finish the repair in time quoted , th from Brandle motors. Their always straight up front with service and repairs. Sat in the waiting area for 90 minutes on a estimated 60 minute oil change and tire rotate. I went back to the receiving area only to find out that my work had been done and no one came to let me know. Once minute oil change and tire rotate. Once I got home, I’m now getting a “oil change needed” warning light EVERY TIME I START MY TRUCK!!!!!! Obviously, someone forgot to reset it. NOT HAPPY!!! More
