The service manager drove my vehicle for around 100 miles said nothing was wrong. After sat at my home when I went to use it acted up after 5 miles. He didn’t do what I told. I was going to update my navigation system and needed a radio update. I checked the version for my radio myself and was told that I needed to update it. When I went in for my appointment, I was told that radio update. I checked the version for my radio myself and was told that I needed to update it. When I went in for my appointment, I was told that it was already current, and nothing else was available.. It is not per the navigation system supplier. I was charged $65. I will have to download and install the radio update myself, then update the navigation system. More
