The customer service piece of this was excellent. We are from New Orleans and just bought a new camper and having issues with out towing lights. We pulled up with trailer in tow to see if they could fix or issue. I came in for an Lube/Filter Service. They did not fill my washer fluid, now I’m out. Also asked to remove the screw in my tire and after leaving I noticed the screw still in the tire! So I had to come ba my washer fluid, now I’m out. Also asked to remove the screw in my tire and after leaving I noticed the screw still in the tire! So I had to come back and wait another hour for them to repair it. Before leaving the first time I even asked about the tire and how bad the screw was, I was told it wasn’t in far and tech was able to just pop it out. More
