This was a big purchase for my family and Shannon knew every detail of the car I was interested in and my budget. I waffled back and forth,test drove a few others and I was NEVER pressured or hassled at all. He was busy but never tried to persuade me. It took me 5 days to choose my vehicle but Shannon was there answering any questions about the vehicle and just a pure pleasure to talk to. I love my new "used" car. Shannon went above and beyond to show me and my teen daughter how to use the display screen,even on his day off!!! He is a true GEM!!! You just do not see that kind of service anymore.Will recommend him to all of my friends! Thank you so much! More

We have bought 3 vehicles from Tanners and every time we have been in the staff has always made us feel welcome even with our young children.
