4 years ago we purchased a Jeep Wrangler right hand drive as a work vehicle. It’s been and continues to be a great mail vehicle. But nothing is perfect and from time to time its needed service and I’ve brou as a work vehicle. It’s been and continues to be a great mail vehicle. But nothing is perfect and from time to time its needed service and I’ve brought it over (100 miles round trip) for its mileage checks. I’m disappointed in the lack of knowledge at the service department in that the people answering the phone know nothing about when/if/what’s been done or anything about your vehicle or it seems any vehicle. This lack of knowledge leads to unanswered questions and no call backs. Furthermore when a person buys a vehicle that is USED and NEEDED daily for work and cannot simply be replaced with any other vehicle, some preference to timeline would be appreciated. All in all we are disappointed with the service we have received from Tanner Motors. More

Vehicle had to be left a second time because mechanic didn't check to see if the heater worked before I was called to pick it up. I stated my displeasure and Laura made sure it was fixed right.
