After arriving 15 minutes late (it took me 1 hr and 15 min to get there from Ave Maria) I expected to be greeted with "your late so you'll have to wait until we can fit you in". Instead, I was greeted with smiles and told not to worry! They inspected my car and found 2 other items that needed to be addressed along with the oil change. The service dept texted me asking for approval to fix the 2 other items found during the inspection.....I had no idea that was how the communication would work. I happened to look at my phone while waiting and saw the text so proceeded to approve the 2 additional items so I thought all was good but I apparently did not sign the approval. When the car was finished and I was checking out the 2 additional items were not done because I didn't approve them. Anyway, they took my car back and fixed the 2 additional items and sent me on my way. As I was getting ready to leave here comes Alejandra Quintana with my phone I had left at the service desk. Alejandra Quintana was a joy to work with and thank you for an overall great experience! Just a suggestion on your communication process: I admit that I can be "phone challenged" at times but since I was waiting on site maybe someone could have come in and asked for my approval in person. More
Good timely service with schedule for more. Surprised to learn at check out that only check payment would not incur a fee. I haven’t carried checks in year.
