Was met by attendant and signed in with Jamie. I was told initially an hour and half wait but waited only 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Sales agent, Rob Reilly is awesome. Linda, my service rep was great too. But the service department was understaffed. I was the 2nd person in-line, and waited 30 minutes before Linda wa Linda, my service rep was great too. But the service department was understaffed. I was the 2nd person in-line, and waited 30 minutes before Linda was available to wait on me. And this was only for a routine oil-change. Plus, when I called to schedule the appointment, I had to wait a month before I could bring it in. I wouldn’t have to wait that long to see my doctor! This is not good and needs to change or future customers might go elsewhere. Sad, because my SantaFe is terrific and those i’ve worked with have been great. I hope things get better soon. More
