Sales agent, Rob Reilly is awesome. Linda, my service rep was great too. But the service department was understaffed. Plus, when I called to schedule the appointment, I had to wait a month before I could bring it in. I wouldn’t have to wait that long to see my doctor! This is not good and needs to change or future customers might go elsewhere. Sad, because my SantaFe is terrific and those i’ve worked with have been great. I hope things get better soon. More
